03

Entry period

Entries open September 2, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific and close October 16, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific. Entries received after that time are not eligible.

04

How to enter

Complete the entry form on this site with your name, a working email address and your Surrey postal code, and confirm your eligibility. One entry per person. Duplicate entries are removed before the draw.

No purchase, donation or payment of any kind is required, and none will improve your chance of winning.

05

The prize

One prize: $5,000 in groceries, awarded as one or more gift cards for a grocery retailer chosen by the sponsor. It has no cash alternative and cannot be transferred. The prize is provided and paid for by the Surrey Fire Fighters Association, IAFF Local 1271. No charitable society funds are used.

06

The draw

One winner is drawn at random from all eligible entries (currently subscribed) after entries close on October 16, 2026. The draw date will be confirmed before entries close. We contact the winner at the email address they entered with, and if we do not hear back we draw again.

The winner may be asked to answer a skill-testing question and to confirm Surrey residency before the prize is released.

07

Your email address

Entering records your name, email and postal code so we can run the draw. Entering also adds you to our campaign mailing list once you confirm your email address, which the entry form tells you before you enter, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell or share the list.

The list is held in Mailchimp. Campaign emails end after October 17, 2026 unless you tell us otherwise.

08
